Food takes a while even when you are the only guest present. I understand freshness is good but baliadas are relatively quick and at home they are made within 10 minutes. I've waited multiple times for over 30 minutes while no one else was there. The kitchen is slow. The food is great. The horchata is delicious. The employees are welcoming and engaging. The atmosphere is very nice.
